INCA supply chains span the globe and include multinational, regional, national and local Suppliers.
Suppliers are critical to our business and we strive to maintain transparent and equitable relationships. We believe in personal relationships based on mutual respect and seek to do business with like-minded Suppliers.

As a quality-orientated organisation we focus both externally, from our Suppliers to Customers, and internally, on our Staff . We embrace the concept of Kaizen (continuing and never-ending improvement) in all aspects of our business, working with our Suppliers to ensure that we are able to deliver to our Customers expectations. We continually challenge ourselves to improve what we do, and how we do it, and we want to partner with Suppliers who not only hold themselves to similar standards but will also challenge us to continually improve what we do. We respect the fact that our Suppliers are in business too, and that they themselves have commitments and responsibilities.
We also seek to ensure that all employees in the value chain, from Suppliers to Customers, are treated with same care and focus on Health & Safety. We further seek to be responsible corporate citizens with a focus on Environmental Protection and Sustainable practises.

Human Dignity
- We acknowledge the interdependency between ourselves, our Customers and our Suppliers.
- We acknowledge that we live in a world of vast disparities between the various peoples of the planet – access to basic amenities such as shelter, potable water, food, education, healthcare.
- We believe that success is to be shared – a loss to one, is a loss to all.
- We believe in ethical business practices and human dignity.

Business Impact
- We believe that we are custodians of this planet and that we all have a responsibility to preserve our home, planet earth, for future generations.
- We acknowledge that it is our privilege to be in business, and to have the means and ability to do so. We also acknowledge and embrace the responsibility that goes with this.
